Arthur has partnered with a leading financial services business in Bermuda who are seeking a skilled Risk Capital Specialist for it's insurance division.
Reporting to the senior director you will drive the strategic direction, analyzing insurance capital standards, insurance markets, and financial risks to advise on emerging risks and transactions. Responsibilities include on-site inspections, rule implementation, distress indicators, market analysis, and team support.
The ideal candidate holds a master's degree or equivalent, with seven + years of insurance experience, expertise in US GAAP, stress testing, and regulatory frameworks, along with exceptional analytical and communication skills.
The client is willing to offer relocation package and inital accomondation assistance. You will need to re-locate to the Island, however, hybrid working is available.
