Key Responsibilities:
Risk Reporting: Lead the coordination and preparation of regular and ad-hoc risk reports for senior management, risk committees, and the board.
Data Analysis: Compile, analyse, and interpret data to produce accurate reports on Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) and other essential risk metrics.
Template Management: Maintain and enhance reporting templates to ensure clarity, consistency, and accuracy in all communications.
Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with Underwriting, Compliance, and Claims to gather and validate risk data for reporting purposes.
Governance & Policy Management:
Ensure risk governance frameworks, policies, and procedures are up to date and aligned with regulatory requirements.
Regularly review, approve, and distribute risk governance documents to ensure compliance with best practices.
Maintain and update the Risk Management policy tracker, ensuring all relevant stakeholders are kept informed.
