Risk Manager

I am delighted to be partnering again with this leading Lloyd's managing agency in the hire of a Risk Manager, you will be responsible for the continuous development of a number of clients' ERM risk management frameworks. This is an extremely broad position, leading junior members of staff and helping with their development/understanding of risk management in Lloyd's market.

Key Risk Manager tasks will include: 

- Risk Management Framework
- Risk Identification 
- Risk Reporting
- Client Management 
- ORSA
- Stress and scenario testing 

The ideal candidate would have a strong risk management background along with experience in an underwriting business, as underwriting risk and underwriting processes would be highly advantageous. Strong understanding of Solvency II and other regulatory requirements; an understanding of how they impact the business desirable. Lloyd's market experience would be preferred but not desirable.
