Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement the company's risk management framework to meet the needs of a rapidly growing business.
Provide guidance, training and support to first line management in the operation of the risk management framework.
Identify, monitor, manage, report and analyse risks to the company.
Conduct in-depth risk assessments and reviews.
Collaborate with colleagues across the business to drive effective risk management.
Produce regular risk management analysis and reporting.
Promote a strong risk culture within the company.
Competencies, Skills, and Experience:
Extensive experience in the insurance sector.
Strong background in risk management, audit, governance, internal control or compliance.
Knowledge of Solvency II is an advantage.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical and numerical abilities.
Professional scepticism and ability to make sound judgement.
Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to influence and produce high-quality reports.
Strong ability to influence and develop effective working relationships.
Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Risk management qualification is a plus.
