Risk Manager

We have partnered with a leading insurance business, who are looking for an operational risk manager to join their London team with excellent hybrid working flexibility. This is a key role in the function and will play a pivotal role in the continuous development and embedding of the risk management framework.

Key responsibilities of this role include:

• Managing risk appetite metrics and providing reporting of the 2nd line view to their risk committees and the board.
• Reviewing the quality and completeness of risk metrics received from all departments across the division.
• Risk and Control Self-Assessments (RCSA) process to completion.
• Risk registers, RCSAs, and Risk Event processes.
• Maintaining relationships with key stake holders, internal teams on Operational risk requirement
• Solvency and Financial Condition Report and ORSA process.

This role requires a candidate from Insurance or Financial services with in depth operational risk management experience.
