We’re seeking an experienced Risk Manager to play a key role in delivering a robust Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework and providing independent oversight across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and enhance the Enterprise Risk Management Framework, ensuring effective identification, assessment, monitoring, and reporting of key risks.
Lead and deliver risk reviews, thematic deep dives, and contribute to the Own Risk and Solvency Assessment (ORSA) to support informed, risk-based decision-making.
Partner with stakeholders across all areas of the business to embed a strong risk culture and provide objective, independent challenge.
Skills & Experience:
Proven experience in risk management within the insurance or financial services sector.
Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the confidence to challenge and influence senior leaders.
Strong analytical and organisational abilities, with a structured approach to managing multiple priorities and delivering to tight deadlines.
