A leading insurance company is seeking an experienced Risk Manager to join their Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) function on an interim basis. This is a key role providing oversight, challenge, and support across the business while a permanent hire is being recruited.
Key Responsibilities

• Support and enhance the Enterprise Risk Management framework across the organisation.
• Coordinate and review risk registers, ensuring effective identification, assessment, and reporting of key risks.
• Provide independent oversight and challenge to business functions on risk matters.
• Assist in the preparation of risk reports for senior management and committees.
• Contribute to the development of risk policies, appetite statements, and the overall risk culture.

Skills & Experience

• Strong experience in Enterprise Risk Management within the insurance sector.
• Excellent understanding of risk frameworks, governance, and regulatory expectations.
• Proven ability to engage with stakeholders and communicate complex risk issues clearly.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and organisational skills.
