I’m working with a leading insurer undergoing a major transformation programme. They’re seeking Risk Manager to strengthen their Risk function and provide oversight across high-profile change initiatives.
The Role:
Act as Risk lead on strategic projects, offering advice and independent challenge.
Represent Risk in governance forums and contribute to ORSA reporting.
Deliver targeted reviews and provide actionable insights.
Partner with change and transformation teams to strengthen delivery.
Produce concise risk reports for boards and senior leadership.
Support framework development (Top Risks, KRIs, Issues, Incidents).
Mentor a direct report and promote a strong risk culture.
Skills Required:
Strong background in insurance and change/transformation.
Experience in project risk, PMO or large-scale change environments.
Skilled at stakeholder engagement and influencing senior leaders.
Commercially aware, with knowledge of insurance systems/technology.
Able to distil complex issues into clear recommendations.
