A leading Asset Manager who are one of the leading absolute return/hedge fund managers, overseeing assets on behalf of institutional investors from around the world, including pension funds, endowments, insurance companies, government agencies, private banks and fund of funds are seeking a Risk Strategist analyst to join their large Risk team.
You will be Developing Excel-based tools used by the Risk, Treasury and Investor Relations teams. in addition supporting, maintain and improve existing Excel-based reports.
The business is currently testing and upgrading spreadsheets following infrastructure changes and tech developments, while exploring potential improvements for new and existing tools using Python.
The candidate will have a Degree in a technical discipline such as Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics (2:1 or higher, along with experience in software development or excel development ideally within a financial services environment.
