As the Scrum Master, you would be an intricate part of a dedicated project team, working together to deliver innovative IT Projects.

This is the perfect role for a Scrum Master who wants to expand their delivery skills and have ownership over their own Projects. 

As an dedicated Scrum Master, you can show off your stakeholder management skills by working closely with key clients and cross-functional teams and have the chance to deliver IT projects in a traditionally agile environment. 

About the role

• Manage a wide range of key business projects assigned as well as contribute to other relevant projects
• Compile and distribute comprehensive progress reports and updates to management teams
• Stakeholder management
• Work with the internal team, contractors and suppliers
• Post-implementation assessment and analysis of the impact
• Work within a prominently Agile environment, with some exposure to Waterfall

As the Scrum Master, you can influence the direction and focus of the role based on your experience and interests. This role sits within an inclusive team who are there to support each other and work together to deliver high-quality projects.

Experience

• Previous experience working in an insurance environment is advantageous
• Experience with Azure DevOps
• Exposure to project management methodologies across Agile adn Waterfall
• Strong oral and written communication skills 
• Ability to explain complex information in a palatable manner to all levels of management
• Degree in Technology or related discipline is desirable
