Senior Assurance Analyst

 Senior Analyst - Assurance Team - Insurance Sector 

We are working with a fast-growing, innovative company transforming the insurance industry. As they continue to scale, they are looking for a Senior Analyst – Assurance to join their high-performing team and help drive confidence in their control environment through independent, risk-based assurance activities.

Role :

• Work in a growing Assurance team collaborating with the Global Head of Assurance to design and maintain a risk-based annual assurance plan aligned with the organisation’s risk and control framework.
• Plan and execute assurance reviews, including scoping, testing, analysis, and reporting, to deliver evidence-based insights on control effectiveness.
• Develop and present actionable recommendations to address control weaknesses and support ongoing risk mitigation efforts.
• Build and sustain effective working relationships with risk and control owners to facilitate knowledge sharing and promote continuous improvement in risk management practices
