Key Responsibilities:

• Manage risk placement and negotiate competitive terms with insurers
• Build and maintain strong client and market relationships
• Oversee team workloads and support junior colleagues
• Ensure accurate and compliant documentation
• Contribute to planning, projects, and product development

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in a similar insurance broking or technical role
• Strong knowledge of insurance principles and market practices
• Understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements
• Effective communicator with good organisational skills
• Preference for a work or educational background in law

This role involves supporting a team and managing assigned clients by placing risks with insurers, delivering a high standard of service across new business, renewals, and mid-term changes, while also contributing to market negotiations and the supervision of team members.
