Senior Business Analyst - London Market Insurance Broker
An opportunity for a Senior Business Analyst is available to join a London Market Insurance Broker. My client has invested a huge amount into it's Business Analyst function and is very supportive to employees, where they will offer to fund your BCS Diploma within the first 12 months of employment.
You will be reporting directly into the Business Analyst Manager and work alongside a team of 7 other BAs, acting as a senior to the more junior members of the team. You will be delivering on various change projects across Finance, Claims, Placing, Compliance and Marketing. You will also be involved with improvements to the Policy Administration System and London Market processes.
Responsibilities:
- Working with various stakeholders across the business to gather requirements
- Process improvement, process mapping, analyse and document "as is" business processes
- Data analysis and UAT Testing
- Work well with both the business and IT teams
The successful candidate will have the following experience:
- Ideally from a General Insurance or London Market background
- Experienced Business Analyst
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Experience working in an Agile framework
