Senior Conduct Manager (Insurance)
Location: London or Cardiff
The Senior Conduct Manager will be an SME on FCA & Lloyd’s Conduct obligations.
Duties
• Manage a small team of Analysts
• Oversee an ongoing cycle of product reviews.
• Ensure that relevant policies are updated as required.
• Promoting compliance culture
• Act as the Conduct Risk SME
• Undertake reviews of High Conduct Risk wordings
•Chair & participate in relevant committees as required.
• Identify and escalate areas of High Conduct Risk.
• Support the preparation of the annual Compliance Plan.
Desired skills and experience
• Extensive compliance experience working within the insurance industry
• Good understanding of FCA regulatory issues
• Excellent Understanding of the legal principles of Insurance.
• Previous experience of motor insurance products (Highly beneficial)
• Good understanding of the FCAs consumer duty requirements
