Our client is seeking a Senior Cyber and Casualty Analyst who will be responsible for setting up and managing processes for accumulation and pricing of reinsurance programs in the cyber and casualty lines. This includes enhancing the design of the Cedant Exposure database, streamlining the process of feeding data into the database, developing reporting frameworks using PowerBI, and working closely with underwriting teams to monitor portfolio exposures. The candidate will also be responsible for developing processes for feeding data into casualty and cyber models, enhancing data quality, explaining model outputs, and assisting with outward reinsurance placements. In addition to these responsibilities, the candidate may also be asked to assist with other projects related to accumulation management, such as climate change analysis, tool development, model validation, and risk modeller migration.
Cyber/casualty experience is extremely beneficial but not an absolute requirement for this role. Experience working at a portfolio level would be advantageous.
