Senior Asset and Configuration Analyst required by market leading insurance company based in London. The role is paying £55-60k per annum with hybrid working environment (once a week/fortnight in office) and a comprehensive benefits package.
 
This is an excellent opportunity for an Asset & Configuration analyst with strong hardware experience and good working knowledge of servicenow/ITIL.
 
Key requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role
• Strong hardware background
• Proven experience using Service Now
• Working knowledge of Service Management principles
• Excellent communication skills

 
Role responsibilities:

• Plan and manage the population of assets in the CMS
• Evaluate existing processes, systems, and tools
• Continuously improve the IT Asset and Configuration Management processes and tooling to ensure the value of this capability is maximised

This role will be working on a hybrid arrangement with extreme flexibility (2-4 days per month in Central London office). The role is paying a basic salary of £55-60k per annum plus an excellent benefits package.
