Senior Manager - Reserving and Capital Modelling
£130,000 - £160,000 + Competitive Bonus Scheme
A prestigious London Market insurer is seeking a senior actuary to spearhead both reserving and capital modelling. This reports directly into the Chief Actuary and will manage a team of 5.
As the Senior Actuarial Manager, you will be entrusted with overseeing the reserving process, ensuring its alignment with current regulations and business needs. You will also have responsibility for the capital team and be expected to oversee their support of the internal model.
The ideal candidate will be qualified and with extensive experience in either reserving or capital. You do not need to be an expert in both functions as there is existing talent within the business that can fill a gap on either side. London Market experience is not essential, but is a strong preference, as is prior management experience.
