I am partnering exclusively with an award-winning consultancy business who are specialist within the insurance and wider financial services sectors. Over the past years, the business has gone from strength to strength and has partnered with many top market leaders to improve its risk and ESG frameworks.
They are looking for a Senior Manager to focus on ERM and Governance across their client portfolio which spans the London market, life, health and pensions. The ideal candidate would have strong knowledge, demonstrable experience (i.e. 5 years +), and a successful track record in risk management and governance, in the insurance sector. A breadth of knowledge across traditional and emerging areas of enterprise risk management, with depth and expertise in some key areas e.g. ERM frameworks, policies, risk appetite, operational and emerging risks, stress and scenario testing, ORSA, PRA/FCA regulations, and Solvency II.
