A specialist Insurance provider is search of an Senior MI Analyst who will be responsible for providing reporting solutions which will add value to  enable business decision making and operational management.

  • Working with various stakeholders and entities, develop an MI strategy which will support the trading and operational teams across our business
  • Creating a suite of standard reports which meet the regular reporting needs of our various teams
  • Adding insight and analysis to these standard reports which helps the audience understand the key drivers of financial, trading and operational performance
  • Managing and automating recurring monthly reports as required by the business
  • Responding to urgent, ad-hoc and one off reporting requirements from the business
  • Recommend process improvements in order to meet user needs
  • Share skills and knowledge and train Junior Analyst
  • Provide support, guidance and training to the business as required in relation to data sources and structures


  • Experience of working with relationship databases and applying the knowledge to deliver solutions in an insurance environment
  • At least 2 years' experience working within the Insurance Industry
  • Experienced using SQL in an Insurance environment
  • Experience of designing, managing business MI using various delivery solutions
  • Ability to work in a highly commercial environment
