Arthur is partnering with a global insurer to hire a Senior Operations Analyst for their London team.
In this role, you will be the central point of coordination for all reporting related to Underwriting Operations and the broader company operations. Your daily responsibilities will include:
Developing tailored data sets and analysis tools to facilitate data-driven decision-making within Underwriting Operations.
Creating reports that enable the Underwriting Operations team to monitor key performance indicators.
Leading the design and supporting the implementation of new analytics and reporting solutions.
Driving efficiency improvements and providing proactive value-added services to Underwriters.
Identifying opportunities to enhance or streamline underwriting operational processes affecting the team.
Investigating and resolving data quality issues impacting underwriting.
Owning the Data Quality rules, monitoring performance, and coordinating changes and enhancements.
The ideal candidate will have an operations background within the insurance industry and be proficient in using PowerBI and Excel at an advanced level.
You must have excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with senior stakeholders in the business, outsourced providers and external auditors.
