Senior Operations Analyst

We are exclusively partnering with an entrepreneurial and independent Lloyd’s syndicate to hire a Senior Operations Analyst.

The business is continuing to attract top underwriting talent from across the market, who look to this operations team to provide on-boarding support and ensure underwriting data quality.

You will be part of an inclusive and knowledge sharing team, within a company who really promote personal development and will encourage you to contribute to operational improvements.

Key responsibilities:

• Processing USM messages for premiums and claims, commissions and have oversight of aged debt
• Supporting the standardisation of data entry across all underwriting teams
• Working with other business units to develop process flows for syndicate wide operations to ensure accurate data flow
• Ensuring delegated underwriting authority submissions are processed and tracked through the risk register and the Delegated Underwriting Authority framework is followed

You must have previous experience in the Lloyd’s market, either gained with underwriting support, central operations or claims operations - with prior experience working with consortium business being highly desirable.

You will also have advanced Excel skills.
