Senior Operations Technician

Arthur is working with an International Lloyd’s (Re)insurer who are hiring a Senior Operations Technician to join their team.

The role will lead and support the more junior members in the team and assist with their training and mentoring.  You will also be responsible for:

• Overseeing and entering business data onto their internal system
• Supporting the Operations Manager with any ad hoc tasks
• Answering all internal and external queries
• Ensuring all quality control is cleansed and uploaded onto the system
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with brokers and external service providers

We require individuals that have good knowledge of the underwriting process and previous experience within an operations function.  Good IT skills and previous experience in looking at aggregate data is essential.
