An exciting opportunity for a Senior PMO Analyst to work directly with the Head of Change and make an impact on a portfolio of transformation projects for a global Lloyd's of London Underwriter.

Experience working in a similar role within the Lloyd's of London insurance industry is required.

About the role:

Key responsibilities include establishing and maintaining project planning, reporting, and documentation, as well as supporting the development of a formal Change Framework.

The Senior PMO Analyst will also handle administrative tasks related to Business Continuity Plans, Action Logs, and Data Quality Frameworks. They will deliver small-scale projects, support testing and defect resolution, and provide general support for the Operations function, including coordination of workshops and drafting communications.

Additionally, the role involves working closely with the Project Management team, analysing projects, coordinating vendor management, creating reports for management, financial management, maintaining PMO governance and change forums, resource allocation, and ensuring compliance with PRA and FCA conduct rules.

Skills and Experience:

The ideal candidate for this role will have past experience supporting the delivery of large transformation programmes and a solid understanding of end-to-end project management. Strong coordination skills, the ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels, and a proactive attitude are essential. Additionally, the candidate should possess excellent written and oral communication skills and be proficient in MS Excel, Power SharePoint, and PPM tools.

Hybrid working model: 2-3 days in the office, no core days. Location: EC3ASalary: up to £70k/year
