An opportunity for a Senior Project Manager to join a a growing change team based in the Midlands on a permanent basis.
This is a DELIVERY role that would suit a business change project manager with experience across a highly regulated industry such as Insurance, Banking or wider financial services.
About the role:
You’ll support delivery leads by planning and coordinating complex initiatives from inception to delivery. You'll provide oversight and challenge to project operations while partnering with stakeholders to deliver high-value, strategically aligned outcomes.
Key Skills & Experience:
Proven expertise in Business Transformation within Financial Services, Insurance, or Banking (experience in TOM design and delivery is highly desirable).
A strong track record in delivering complex strategic initiatives.
Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with confidence engaging at the c-suite level.
A strategic thinker who provides thought leadership to business change and project teams.
Relevant certifications in Project Management and Agile PM.
