The main purpose of this role is to work closely with the Property claims manager handling and processing North American Property D&F claims. You will ensure that the settlement of the claims are adhered to in an effective and timely manner in line with Lloyd’s and company policies. Within this position you will have the opportunity to optimise processes and improve service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Working closely with the underwriters to highlight any potential losses/ risks to enhance the overall underwriting standards.
Meet all Lloyd’s minimum standards to support internal and external stakeholders
Deliver against company philosophies and SLA’s to ensure all allocated claims are controlled.
Attend external industry events including but not exclusive to conference calls
Ensure all claims are managed, logged, and resolved in line with best practices
Skills:
The ideal candidate will have experience Covering complex North American Property D&F claims in the London Market.
Good knowledge in processing and use of ECF within Lloyds and LIRMA markets
Excellent time management and organisational skills to minimise any potential losses
Confident communicator to build secure and ongoing relationships with external partners whilst liaising with brokers, loss adjusters and lawyers.
