Arthur is delighted to be partnering with a growing Swiss Insurer who are opening a new UK branch and are in search of a Risk Analyst to join their newly formed Risk and Compliance Function.
Working in a strategic capacity in a start-up environment, the role offers excellent hybrid working and an opportunity for excellent career progression as the London office grows. The business operates with a flat, non-hierarchical structure and you will have the opportunity to establish and develop how the firm manages risk alongside the Head of Risk & Compliance.
The Role:
Supporting the development of the UK branch quantitative and qualitative risk management environment
Assisting in forecasting for the risk and capital positions for stakeholders across the group
Production of regular regulatory and financial reporting (quantitatively and qualitatively) and capital modelling for local risk management steering and in collaboration with the group finance and risk divisions
Contribute to the development of the wider strategy for the UK branch
Your Skills, Experience and Qualifications:
2 + years experience of working in a risk management function within an Insurer
Understanding of UK regulations and Solvency II requirements (including ORSA, RSR)
Interest in analysing financial flows and impact on capital
