Senior Manager – ERM (Contractor) Role: Senior Manager – ERM Type: Contractor Job Summary:Support the Risk function by focusing on operational risk and maintaining the Risk Management Framework. Collaborate with various business areas to support a range of risk management activities. Key Responsibilities:
Stakeholder Engagement:
Build relationships with Underwriting, Operations, Finance, and other business areas.
Provide independent review and challenge of strategy, processes, governance, and controls.
Risk Management Framework:
Maintain and enhance the Risk Management Framework.
Support risk identification, monitoring, and reporting.
Review and maintain risk appetite and tolerance frameworks.
Reporting and Analysis:
Contribute to the ORSA report to support risk-based decision-making.
Conduct deep dives and provide risk opinions.
Present analysis and reports to Senior Management.
Risk Culture:
Promote a culture of risk awareness.
Serve as a role model within the Risk function.
Preferred Qualifications and Experience:
Essential:
Strong analytical skills.
Extensive experience with risk management frameworks and processes.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to engage effectively with senior stakeholders.
Desirable:
Experience in Project Risk Management, Exposure Risk Management, Stress and Scenario Testing, ESG Risk Management, ORSA processes, Quantitative analysis, or GRC Systems.
