Senior Underwriting Analyst

Arthur is partnered with a Lloyd's Syndicate who is hiring a Senior Underwriting Analyst to join their team in London.

In this key role, you will collaborate closely with the Head of Underwriting Operations to oversee all underwriting controls and data quality.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the monitoring, reporting, and processing controls for underwriting operations.
• Design and sustain efficient reporting systems to monitor underwriting performance and operational metrics.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth integration of processes and controls.
• Respond to underwriting audits conducted by Lloyd’s, external auditors, internal audit, and the broader group.

 Candidates should have relevant experience and a strong grasp of insurance principles and the Lloyd's market.
 
They must also have prior experience in implementing and developing reporting technologies like Power BI, along with the ability to guide and support junior team members.
