A London Market Insurer is looking for a Service Transition Analyst to join the team on a contract basis for 6 months.

This Service Transition Analyst will serve as an expert in operational readiness and change processes as well as providing guidance to change delivery teams.

Essential skills of the Service Transition Analyst:

• Strong stakeholder management, persuasion & influencing skills at all levels
• Client focussed – able to focus on the ‘big picture’, risk vs business benefit
• Able to work independently and manage own workload
• Experience of working with multiple remote teams across multiple time-zones
• Exposure to ServiceNow for Incident/Problem/Configuration Management

 
Rate: £450 - £500 P/D Outside IR35
Location: Hybrid, 2-3 days in their London office, EC3 Postcode
Contract Length: 6 months rolling
Start Date: ASAP (Considering up to 2 week notice periods)
