Systems Analyst – £45k – London
 
Systems Analyst required by venture capital investment company based in central London. The role will be hybrid working with 2-3 days per week on site, paying up to £45k per annum.
 
The role holder will be responsible for deployment, maintenance, and troubleshooting of core business applications, including application servers, associated hardware, endpoints, and databases. The idea candidate will have strong technical, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
 
This is an excellent opportunity for a Systems Analyst to step out of an entry level role and move into a position where you will own day-to-day management and reporting of service positions, gaining more involvement in daily technology operations.
 
Key responsibilities:

  • Develop, analyse, prioritize, and organize requirement specifications and process flowcharts for developers and testers.
  • Research and plan where automation may offer benefit and specify how this should be implemented and delivered.
  • Translate non-technical requirements into highly technical specifications.
  • Manage the set-up and configuration of systems.
  • Perform design, implementation, and upgrades of information systems to meet the business and user needs.

 
Required skills and experience:

  • Strong computer, hardware, software, and analytical skills.
  • Experience installing, configuring, documenting, testing, training, and implementing new applications and systems.
  • Working knowledge of a wide variety of programming languages.
  • Experience working with cloud hosting.
