Systems Analyst (Insurance)

A growing insurance business is seeking a Systems Analyst to join their team and provide support to system users across the company’s IT infrastructure.

Essential skills of the Systems Analyst :

Proven experience in supporting policy admin systems.
Hands-on experience in configuring and deploying vendor applications.
Strong knowledge of Windows (10-11, Server 2012-2022), SQL, Transact-SQL, and SSIS.
Familiarity with ITIL (incident, problem, change, release) and Service Desk platforms (ServiceNow, Jira, Halo).

Salary: £50,000 – £65,000 per annum
Location: Central London, EC3A – 3 days per week
