Title: Talent Acquisition - HR Generalist

Job Description: We are seeking a talented and proactive individual to join our team as a Talent Acquisition/HR Generalist
In this role, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end talent acquisition processes, conducting onboarding for new hires, delivering systems training, creating development plans, and attracting new talent to our organisation. You will play a vital role in building a diverse and inclusive workforce and fostering a positive company culture. The ideal candidate will have a passion for talent acquisition, a solid understanding of HR practices, and experience in managing learning and development initiatives.
Responsibilities:

  • Execute full-cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and presenting offers to qualified candidates.
  • Conduct thorough onboarding sessions to ensure new hires have a smooth transition and are equipped with the necessary tools and information.
  • Deliver training sessions on various systems and tools used within the organisation.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to develop job descriptions, interview questions, and assessment methods that attract top talent.
  • Create and implement development plans for employees to enhance their skills and support their career growth.
  • Actively promote diversity and inclusion initiatives throughout the talent acquisition process.
  • Utilise various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks, to attract and engage with potential candidates.
  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with accurate and up-to-date candidate information.
  • Partner with hiring managers to build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future positions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and HR practices.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in talent acquisition, HR generalist, or a similar role.
  • Working knowledge of HR practices and talent acquisition strategies.
  • Experience in conducting onboarding sessions and delivering training programs.
  • Demonstrated ability to attract and hire diverse talent.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Knowledge of diversity and inclusion best practices in recruitment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).

Additional Information:

  • Familiarity with Bullhorn software is advantageous but not compulsory.
