Location: London, United Kingdom Job Description: We are seeking a talented and proactive individual to join our team as a Talent Acquisition/HR Generalist In this role, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end talent acquisition processes, conducting onboarding for new hires, delivering systems training, creating development plans, and attracting new talent to our organisation. You will play a vital role in building a diverse and inclusive workforce and fostering a positive company culture. The ideal candidate will have a passion for talent acquisition, a solid understanding of HR practices, and experience in managing learning and development initiatives. Responsibilities:
Execute full-cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and presenting offers to qualified candidates.
Conduct thorough onboarding sessions to ensure new hires have a smooth transition and are equipped with the necessary tools and information.
Deliver training sessions on various systems and tools used within the organisation.
Collaborate with hiring managers to develop job descriptions, interview questions, and assessment methods that attract top talent.
Create and implement development plans for employees to enhance their skills and support their career growth.
Actively promote diversity and inclusion initiatives throughout the talent acquisition process.
Utilise various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks, to attract and engage with potential candidates.
Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with accurate and up-to-date candidate information.
Partner with hiring managers to build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future positions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and HR practices.
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in talent acquisition, HR generalist, or a similar role.
Working knowledge of HR practices and talent acquisition strategies.
Experience in conducting onboarding sessions and delivering training programs.
Demonstrated ability to attract and hire diverse talent.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Knowledge of diversity and inclusion best practices in recruitment.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
Additional Information:
Familiarity with Bullhorn software is advantageous but not compulsory.
