Arthur is exclusively partnering with a Global Insurer to hire an Underwriting Assistant.

This entry-level position will join a team of underwriting assistants, providing essential daily support to the underwriters. Responsibilities include:

  • Managing policy administration for both pre-bind and post-bind stages of renewals and new business.
  • Performing data entry for all assigned policies, including mid-term adjustments, into the internal system.
  • Completing and sending renewal documentation to brokers or clients.
  • Regularly filing emails into the appropriate folders.
  • Attending broker and client meetings upon request.

Candidates should ideally have 6 to 12 months of office experience, preferably in an insurance environment and must possess excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
