Arthur is delighted to partner exclusively with a highly-respected Lloyd's Insurer to introduce an expert and knowledgable Wordings Manager.
Their team is in a period of growth and are looking for someone to provide outstanding management to their 4 wordings specialists. 
You will also get the opportunity to work with underwriters and other areas of the business every day. 

In this role you will be leading and mentouring the experienced wordings specialists. My client is looking for a real leader that can structure the team. 
They are a very strong wordings team in the market and their goal is to be the best wordings team in the market. 
As a role that is new to the business, this is a really great opportunity to make the job your own. 

Main Responsibilities -

• You will be leading a team of wordings professionals that specialise in Property, Casualty, Reinsurance, Specialty, and Marine and this on an International and US basis. 
• As the team manager you will be covering all classes on a direct insurance basis. 
• You will assist in the development of strategy for drafting and advising of wordings for all classes of business.
• You will oversee the service provision of negotiation, drafting, preparation and production of insurance contract wordings and other associated documentation for the agreed classes of business.
• Responsible for key controls pertaining to the review and referral of wordings.
• The team is responsible for both drafting and assembling wordings. 

This will be a 2 stage interview process. 
This role is very flexible you can either be fully home working, hybrid working or fully in the office.
