Antony Williams promoted to Director, Risk & Catastrophe

We are delighted to announce the promotion of Antony Williams to Director managing the Risk and Catastrophe Modelling market, effective 10th January 2022.

Antony has over 11 years’ experience leading Risk and Catastrophe recruitment across some of the world’s premier insurance firms, specialising within the London market. Joining in January 2020, within his 2-year tenure, Antony has proven to be an amazing asset to our clients, candidates, and his team.

His commitment to driving positive change within insurance and continually developing our recruitment offering has only strengthened his relationships across the industry.

As Director, Antony will continue to support us in the growth of their people, whilst using innovative learning and development programmes for the team, demonstrating the firm’s drive for excellence.

Arthur Financial CEO, Daniel Faulkner, says “Antony has driven commercial success within the Risk and Catastrophe team, whilst generating new leads for the business, establishing a senior network within his niche, driving new business, and leading the way to a year of successes and achievement.”

“His influence and success have been felt across the business. We have been impressed with his strong track record of growth and development, execution, and high-performance. Antony has consistently delivered considerable growth in the previous 2 years during rapid periods of industry disruption within both insurance and the wider employment market.”

Anthony Hill, Board Director, added, “2021 sees the end of another record-breaking year for Arthur Financial and we are deeply appreciative to Antony Williams for his personal and professional contribution and leadership. In addition to scaling a team during the last 24 months, Antony has significantly improved margins, and positioned our Risk and Catastrophe Modelling recruitment service as one of the key leaders within the insurance industry.”
