Business Analyst - London Market Insurance Broker
An opportunity for a Business Analyst at junior or entry level is available to join a London Market Insurance Broker. My client has invested a huge amount into it's Business Analyst function and is very supportive to employees, where they will offer to fund your BCS Diploma within the first 12 months of employment.
You will be reporting directly into the Business Analyst Manager and work alongside a team of 7 other BAs, supporting the seniors in the team. You will be delivering on various change projects across Finance, Claims, Placing, Compliance and Marketing. This includes improvements to Policy Administration System and London Market processes.
Responsibilities:
- Support the senior Business Analysts on the projects taking place
- Working with various stakeholders across the business to gather requirements
- Process improvement, process mapping, analyse and document "as is" business processes
- Work well with both the business and IT teams
The successful candidate will have the following experience:
- Excellent communication skills
- Analytical and numerical skillset
- Maths or science degree (ideal not essential)
- Knowledge of the insurance market
