Business Analyst – Insurance Sector (London Market) £80,000 – £90,000 + up to 20% Bonus Hybrid Working (2 days on-site) Location: London The Role As a Business Analyst, you will:
Take ownership across the full project lifecycle—from initiation through to delivery and handover.
Lead discovery sessions, facilitate workshops, and work cross-functionally with stakeholders.
Translate complex business requirements into clear, actionable documentation including process flows and use cases.
Act as the conduit between business and technology teams, ensuring smooth communication and delivery.
Support the continuous improvement of Business Analysis tools and methodologies.
Engage with stakeholders at all levels and help embed change across the business.
What You’ll Bring
5+ years of Business Analysis experience, ideally within insurance or the London Market.
Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to work flexibly across projects and adapt to different environments.
Strong communication and presentation skills—how you articulate your experience in interviews is key.
Experience working in a mature change function with a structured approach to delivery.
Understanding of methodologies (Agile/Waterfall)—not rigid, but a solid working knowledge.
Visio skills for process diagrams (a must-have).
Experience with data-centric projects is desirable (e.g. Power BI, SQL, data warehousing).
