I am currently working with a reinsurance company looking to bring in a contractor on a 6 month day-rate basis for an INSIDE IR35 Business Analyst role. The ideal candidate will have experience working with Eclipse. This role is focused on optimizing business processes and ensuring alignment with industry best practices
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the primary liaison between SMEs, third-party vendors, and internal technology teams, ensuring seamless communication and process alignment.
Define and document business processes beyond system functionality, capturing necessary variations for process maps, SOPs, and training materials.
Maintain comprehensive documentation to support knowledge transfer and mitigate risks related to personnel changes.
Ensure that system and process solutions are clearly documented to facilitate smooth adoption by both functional and technical teams.
Drive efficient project execution with a structured implementation approach, balancing short-term objectives with long-term sustainability.
Key Requirements:
Must have insurance experience, preferably reinsurance experience.
Strong understanding of Eclipse systems and their role in business operations.
Proven experience in process mapping, documentation, and knowledge management.
Ability to work within structured frameworks and align processes with external best practices.
Excellent stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills, with a collaborative and pragmatic approach.
Experience in fast-paced environments where accuracy and efficiency in documentation are critical.
