Insurance Expertise: Provide operational expertise with a focus on finance within the insurance industry, ideally in the London Market.
Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate effectively with stakeholders, managing their needs and expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
Project Delivery: Identify opportunities, mitigate risks, address issues, and provide regular updates on project progress.
Documentation: Produce business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria from unstructured information for strategic projects.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to align deliverables with business goals.
Conduct & Compliance: Promote best practices and deliver optimal outcomes for customers and policyholders.
Essential Skills & Experience:
Extensive experience as a Finance Business Analyst within the insurance industry, preferably in the London Market.
Proven ability to manage a large portfolio of projects and deliver successful outcomes.
Strong background in finance-related projects, with knowledge of UK GAAP and IFRS 17 standards.
Expertise in defining and documenting business requirements aligned with project goals.
Ability to work closely with finance teams, translating their needs into actionable deliverables.
Track record of developing business solutions aligned with strategic objectives.
