We are working on a new Actuarial Capital Manager role. The role reports into the Head of Capital and has one direct report.
This a mixed Lloyd's and Group position that will cover model development, performance and strategy work, and assisting with risk analysis across EMEA and Northern America. Another key element of this role will be process improvement and efficiency, which means that our client are looking for someone who wants to be visible and have an impact on the wider business rather than just turn the handle.
The ideal candidate will have extensive Lloyd's capital experience with prior management experience. Communication skills are critical for this role due to the collaborative nature of the team and wider company. Qualification isn't a requirement for this position as our client recognise the importance of breadth and depth of experience. Prior experience working in the US or Bermudian markets would be highly beneficial.
This role will require you to be in the office 3 days a week and our client can only consider candidates currently in the UK with full working rights.
