Our client is seeking a Catastrophe Modelling Manager for their team based in London. The position involves managing a team of natural catastrophe modellers and overseeing pre and post-bind modelling, portfolio production, and reporting. The manager will work closely with underwriting teams to optimize return on capacity and ensure models are robust and appropriately validated. Other responsibilities include managing the catastrophe model validation process, identifying non-modelled natural catastrophe perils, and supporting reinsurance and capital teams. The manager will also assist with regulatory returns and manage relationships with outsourcers.
