I'm working with a Lloyd’s Syndicate for an Exposure Research & Validation Manager to join their growing team. This is a key role reporting into the Head of Exposure Management, focusing on validating catastrophe models (natural and man-made), owning the syndicate view of risk, and driving forward-thinking research into emerging risks like climate and geopolitics. The succesfull candidate will be the go-to expert for model validation, stakeholder engagement (including Lloyd’s and group-level), and internal model, all while collaborating across Exposure Management, Actuarial, and Underwriting. We are looking for Exposure management or cat modelling expertise (Verisk preferred), strong technical capability (SQL essential, Python/R a plus), a scientific mindset, and London Market experience. Open to any peril expertise.
