Compliance Officer

We are working with a leading Lloyd's Insurer as they seek a Compliance Officer to join their team.

This role is suited to a Lloyd's Senior Compliance Analyst or Officer with a broad second-line skillset, as this is a challenging role that will provide fantastic exposure.

Main Duties

• Taking a leading role in dealing with regulatory inquiries
• Dealing with complex sanctions referrals and providing advice across the business
• Maintaining and improving relations with stakeholders at all levels of the business and playing an ambassadorial role in promoting a good compliance culture and awareness.
• Staying on top of regulatory change and actively communicating it to the business
• Becoming a regulatory specialist in order to drive the completion of wider compliance projects

About You
 

• You will have a strong understanding of the Lloyd's market and the London Insurance market
• Ability to gain respect with stakeholders at all levels
• You will have a strong understanding of fundmanetal regulators such as PRA, FCA, Lloyd’s
• Strong grasp of sanctions
• Demonstrable task management capabilities
