Here at Arthur, we are thrilled to partnered with a highly successful market leading insurance firm who are looking to further expand their team by bringing on board a Credit Hire Motor Claims Handler for their office in Tamworth, Staffordshire.
Your Responsibilities:
You will manage a variety of motor claims from start to finish, including handling damage, credit hire, and injury claims
You will make decisions on fraud, claim amounts, and responsibility, and handling cases through litigation.
You will communicate with clients, brokers, suppliers, and claimants through phone and email.
What You Need:
Experience of handling credit hire motor claims is essential
Good understanding of proactive claims handling
A base understanding of insurance principles.
Working knowledge and experience of handling OICP and MOJ Portal Claims
Excellent customer service
Good attention to detail
