This is an exciting chance to join a respected London market business that continues to invest in its Delegated Authority function. You will step into a role that offers real visibility across the organisation while playing a key part in strengthening oversight, improving controls and supporting the wider underwriting operation.
You will work closely with the Audit Manager and collaborate with senior stakeholders across the market. The position gives you the chance to gain strong technical exposure, build your expertise in delegated audits and develop within a team that values progression. This role is offered on a 12 month fixed term contract with the potential to open future opportunities across the business. Key responsibilities
Participating in the quarterly and annual planning of audit schedules
Reviewing and analysing audit reports to identify issues and ensure all outcomes are addressed in line with audit requirements
Supporting conversations with both internal and external stakeholders to determine suitable actions for each Coverholder and DCA
Helping ensure all partners meet regulatory expectations across Conduct, Consumer Duty, Compliance and Financial Crime
Contributing to reports, record keeping and maintenance of auditor panel information
Providing insight and guidance to the wider business on delegated authority matters
Supporting the scoping of audits on a quarterly or ad hoc basis
Acting as a point of support across the audit team when required
Experience you will need
Experience within the Lloyds market with exposure to delegated authority
Awareness of binding authorities and Coverholder operations
Strong organisational skills with an eye for detail
Confident communication skills with the ability to work with multiple stakeholders
Comfortable working with Excel and Word
