A growing and forward-thinking insurance business is seeking a Delegated Authority Audit Manager to join its Delegated Underwriting team. This role gives you the chance to lead the delegated audit oversight across a global portfolio and be instrumental in shaping the future of their third-party management.

You’ll be working alongside a highly supportive manager who is invested in your success and development. Collaborating with underwriters, Coverholders, and key stakeholders to drive governance and ensure regulatory expectations are met, and operational excellence is maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading the end-to-end management of all delegated audits; both Lloyd’s coordinated and standalone
  • Liaising with stakeholders to scope, schedule, and follow up on audit outcomes
  • Supporting due diligence reviews and contribute to oversight committee reporting
  • Monitoring changing regulatory requirements and updating the business on relevant changes
  • Providing coaching and support to junior team members within the Delegated Authority function

What You’ll Need to Be Considered:

  • Delegated Authority experience gained in the insurance market; either a Managing Agency, insurer, or MGA
  • Solid understanding of delegated audits and third-party oversight practices and regulations
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders
