Delegated Authority Manager

This is a standout opportunity for an experienced Delegated Authority professional to take ownership of a portfolio of European Coverholders at a highly respected company.

As the dedicated Delegated Authority lead, you’ll take responsibility for the oversight and governance of Coverholders across Europe; ensuring strong controls, consistent processes, and building trusted relationships. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders across underwriting, operations, and compliance, providing both day-to-day support and strategic input to strengthen delegated oversight and engagement.

You’ll be the key point of contact for all delegated matters, working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure alignment, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement across regions.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure effective oversight of all Coverholder lifecycle activities, including monitoring onboarding processes, ongoing registration, and termination where required.
• Act as the main contact for Coverholders and internal stakeholders, providing guidance on onboarding, monitoring, and performance management.
• Deliver clear and accurate reporting on delegated performance and key metrics, driving transparency and improvement.
• Contribute to the ongoing development of delegated frameworks, processes, and controls.
• Support market engagement and help strengthen relationships with brokers and distribution partners across Europe.
• Collaborate with the wider governance and underwriting teams to embed consistent standards and oversight across the business.

Experience we're looking for
You’ll have solid experience managing delegated authority oversight within the insurance market, ideally with exposure to European operations. Confident, proactive, and highly organised, you’ll be comfortable taking ownership, working autonomously, and representing the business externally.
