Delegated Authority Oversight Manager

A great opportunity to join a collaborative delegated goverance function that sits within a wider technical and governance team, offering visibility across the business. This role suits someone who enjoys improving processes, strengthening deleagted oversight and building strong relationships across underwriting, claims, compliance and external partners.

Responsbilities will include;

• Owning the full lifecycle of delegated arrangements, from due diligence and onboarding through to ongoing oversight and annual reviews.
• Reviewing performance, bordereaux and MI, challenging data quality and escalating issues where needed.
• Working closely with stakeholders across underwriting, claims and compliance to strengthen controls and governance.
• Enhancing processes, identifying efficiencies and exploring opportunities to automate and modernise the oversight framework.

What you’ll need

• Strong experience within delegated authority oversight, binder governance or a related delegated function, including delegated claims or TPA management.
• Knowledge of FCA expectations and UK Consumer Duty.
• Confidence reviewing MI, data and bordereaux with a proactive eye for improvements.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement skills and a desire to drive operational efficiency.
