As a Delegated Underwriting Assistant, you will play an important role in supporting the management and oversight of delegated business across multiple lines. You will work closely with senior stakeholders, gain exposure to key regulatory and governance processes and have the opportunity to grow within a team that values continuous development. Key responsibilities:

• Assisting in the day-to-day oversight of Coverholders and Delegated Authority arrangements, ensuring efficient processes and controls.
• Supporting underwriting teams by providing guidance on DA procedures and regulatory best practices.
• Reviewing and maintaining accurate records of Coverholders and binding authorities.
• Managing data and document submissions through Lloyd’s systems.
• Acting as a key point of contact for internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Assisting with reporting and data analysis.
• Working on projects aimed at improving operational efficiency and enhancing oversight across the DA function.
• Supporting governance initiatives and ensuring timely resolution of compliance issues.

Experience you’ll need:

• Knowledge of Lloyd’s regulatory requirements and DA processes.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
