Arthur are proud to be partnered with one of the fastest growing Lloyd's brokers in history as they look to hire a Deputy Reinsurance Operations Team Leader to step in and take ownership of their technical premium processing team.
The role will focus on managing the London Reinsurance Internal Operations team, servicing the Reinsurance and Facultative Broking Teams, covering treaty, facultative and binder contracts. Whilst the role will require you to be technically savvy and posses current/previous reinsurance premium processing/contract load experience in order to provide oversight and technical guidance to the team, it will focus on managing the workload and quality produced by a team of 9 and ensuring an efficient and effective Technical Processing service is provided.
Direct team management experience is vital to this position and the team will only consider applications with demonstrable experience of people management skills.
